
Automated Information Updating (AIU) allows Financial Institutions to update their information on the CANNEX System by uploading a file of information. This process reduces the time required to update information and increases the accuracy of the information. After an update file has been submitted for processing, a status window will be displayed to keep you informed of the process and then a log file will be displayed with the results of the AIU upload. The log file is also sent by email or fax as a backup.
To start an update using AIU click on the AIU Upload button below. If your Financial Institution has not been configured to use AIU then please contact us and a representative will assist you.
