As Vice President of Research, Damian leads quantitative research and consulting for CANNEX annuity services.\u00a0 The research team supports a number of critical functions for the business including annuity product analysis, the development of analytic services and the management of consulting relationships in both the retail and group markets in the U.S.\u00a0 Damian began his carrier with CANNEX in the actuarial department before transitioning to the research team as a quantitative analyst.<\/p>\n
Damian holds a Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo with a double major of Statistics and Actuarial Science.\u00a0 He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and an Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.\u00a0 He is also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA).\u00a0 As a student, Damian excelled at the Trinidad and Tobago national math contests placing first and second respectively.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
