Margot leads Human Resources at CANNEX, where she drives the people strategy to support long-term growth and business continuity. She brings experience in shaping and scaling company culture, employee development, and talent strategies within technology organizations.

Previously, she was VP of People & Operations at Perpetua, a global SaaS company, where she supported international expansion across seven countries and helped guide the organization through two major acquisitions. She began her career in advertising, specializing in media planning and strategy, and later served as a Camp Director for one of Ontario’s leading summer camps, experiences that shaped her eventual transition into People leadership.

Margot is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach and holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario. She serves on the Board of Directors of JVS Toronto and is a mentor for The Rosie Mentorship Project.
